For over 30 year Jim Strohschein has continued to grow Management Enterprises but making sound, conservative business decisions. He has served on numerous boards including Wells Fargo, NWTC and the area Hospital.
Before focusing on commercial real estate brokerage and development with Management Enterprises, Michael was President & CFO for Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group, Inc. from 1999 to 2015. Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group is nationally ranked as one of the top 100 Real Estate companies in the country. Key areas of focus included mergers and acquisitions, corporate economic strategies, financial analysis, and property management. Michael holds his Real Estate Brokers license and is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin (GB) in Finance with an Economics minor. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker he was the Senior Financial Analyst at Humana Health Insurance in De Pere and was an accountant with the CPA firm of Wipfli Ullrich Bertelson in Green Bay. Michael has been a Board Member and actively involved with Junior Achievement of the Fox Cities and serves on the University of Wisconsin (GB) Founders Board of Directors. Michael was named to the Top 20 Young emerging leaders in the United States in Real Estate Management by Coldwell Banker Corporation. He served on two national panels helping set the scene for real estate advancement including RealTrends Brokers Council which tracks, reports, and guides future real estate leaders.
